Unesco World Heritage Site

Our terroir comprises 14 hectares of prime vineyards, close to Epernay, Montagne de Reims, in the heart of Champagne, with exceptional soil and perfect exposition for the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.

The Highest Standards

Grapes are hand picked at optimum ripeness to provide a wine that is full of the natural fruit flavours.

Each plot/parcel/grape is vinified separately by terroir to create the perfect balance and the Monay’s trademark style, year on year.

Bottles are aged for a full 30 months on lattes (rather than the minimum which is only 15 months).

This provides the finished Champagne with a depth and elegance that only this level of maturity can provide.
